This functionality sends the form to another manager for his/her assessment, for example when the employee had a new manager during the review period.

Note: To Create a performance document an employee must be eligible for the Performance document first.

 
1) To check whether employee is already eligible or to make force eligible for the Performance document please follow below Step by Step:

Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Performance tab under My Action as T&C

Search an employee by Employee/Manager/Department name >> Click on Employee Name Hyperlink

1st Select correct Review Period >> 2nd Here you can see that employee is eligible for only “2022 End of Year Wrap Up (without goals)” performance document >> And 3rd to make force eligible for another performance document click on “+Add” button.

Select the Performance Document from the dropdown >> Click on Save.

Now you can see that for the new performance document “2022 End of Year Wrap Up (with goals)” employee’s eligibility status is “Forced Eligible”.

2) Step by Step Guide to create Performance Document for multiple Employees:


1. Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Performance tab under My Action as T&C

2. Click on the task Performance Documents


3. Click on Create document


4. Select the review period


5. Use a criteria, for example "Manager".

 You need to use the following criteria mandatorily.

i) Review Period

ii) Performance Document

iii) Employee/Manager


/!\ The manager’s direct reports are displayed in the search results. Please note that all employees matching the criteria are displayed even if they already have a performance document for this review period. We suggest you check first in the Performance Document search if the employee have an existing performance document to avoid creating a 2nd document. /!\ 


6. Tick the box on the left of the employee(s) then click on Continue




7. Click on Submit



The process runs every 15 minutes. After this time, the performance documents are effectively created.
