The SmartDistribute Prefill automated functionality is designed to automate the process of filling in job ad details across multiple job boards. By minimising manual input, this enhancement enables recruiters to maintain the consistency and effectiveness of their job postings.
This functionality is part of the multiposting form, which allows you to create and distribute job postings across multiple job boards.
Example :
- Click the Jobs tab.
- Click Advertise on the job row you want to access.
- Select the job boards from the job board list that you want to edit and click Order.
- Click Continue to confirm your selection in the modal window.
- Navigate to the Multiposting form’s Common Fields section.
If no previous draft or restore functionality is enabled for the form, a banner will appear at the top with a button to prefill the data. Click SmartDistribute Prefill to populate the form.
While the data is being prefilled, a loader will appear at the top of the form along with a message indicating that the process is in progress.
