Steps to Configure Report Visibility:
1. Login into My Heartiest >> Click on the Learn Your Way Tab under My Learning
2. On the Learn Your Way Dashboard, click on the “Admin" menu.
3. Create a New Report:
- Click on "New Reports" under the Admin menu.
- Select "New Report" to create a custom report.
- Select the report accordingly for which you want to extract the data
- Enter the name and description of the report.
- Click the "Create and Edit" button.
4. Set Visibility Rules:
- Click on "Visibility" under Properties to Set the Visibility rules.Then, select the necessary options from the following visibility settings:
- All Superadmins: Make the report visible to all Superadmins.
- All Superadmins and Power Users: Grants visibility to all Superadmins and Power Users based on the permissions assigned to their profiles. (Refer to the Profile Management menu to review the permissions assigned to each Power User.
- All Superadmins and Selected Power Users: Grants visibility to all Superadmins and specific Power Users. These Power Users can be selected based on Branches, Groups, or individual names. Add that these three criteria can be combined as needed.
Note:
If choosing "All Superadmins and Selected Power Users," you must select at least one field (Users, Groups, or Branches). This option cannot be left empty.
5. Selecting Power users from Users, Groups, or Branches:
To select Power Users:
- Enter the name and description of the report.
- Click on "Select Power Users."
- Search for Power Users by their first or last name using the search icon
- Select the desired Power Users by ticking the checkbox and then click on “Confirm”
Similarly, to select Groups
- Click on "Select Groups" and choose the groups accordingly. and then click on “Confirm”
To select the branch
- Click on the "Select branches" option.
- Search for the branch using the search icon and tick the checkbox to select it.
- To view and select sub-branches, expand the branch view by clicking the left arrow next to the branch name.
- For Example: If the branch is a region, it may include geographic areas and hotels as sub-branches. You can select these sub-branches as needed. Selecting a branch like "MEA SPAC" will include all super users in the entire region, whereas selecting a specific hotel will include power users under that entity only.
5. After configuring visibility settings, click on "Save Changes."
