You can access the Internal mobility portal SmartRecruiters from INES (single access per instance).
Employee Portal is the central destination for employees to discover internal jobs, apply to them, and track their applications.
Please consult this FAQ : How to access and use the Internal Mobility portal for SmartRecruiters?
1/ Create a job alert
You can create job alerts from the portal jobs page with just a few clicks, to be notified by e-mail when a new job opens according to the filters you have set.
To create a new job alert, click on the JOB ALERT button that appears above the job list. This will bring up a modal window in which you can refine your job alert search criteria.
Example :
Several filters are available:
- Location (job)
- Experience Level
- Function
- Job Type
- Brands
- Region
- Job Category
- Job Schedule
You can also add a keyword. This function searches for matches in the job title, but does not search in the job description.
2/ Receive job alert notifications by e-mail
Job alert notifications are triggered daily, when the alert is initially created, and include all new job offers posted that match the alert criteria. If no new jobs match the criteria, no job alert e-mail will be sent.
3/ Manage Job alerts
You can find and manage your job alerts directly from your employee portal.
To access it, click on the avatar menu in the main navigation bar and then on My Job Alerts.
On this page, all existing job alerts are listed, and for each job alert you can see its criteria, the date it was last updated, and whether it is active or inactive. You can also perform the following actions on a job alert:
- Activate/Deactivate: By clicking on the toggle button, you can deactivate or reactivate a job alert. If a job alert is not active, SmartRecruiters will not trigger new e-mail notifications. When you unsubscribe from a job alert using its footer link, the status of the alert automatically changes to inactive.
- Modify : By clicking on Modify, you can modify the alert criteria.
- Delete : The Delete action deactivates the job alert and deletes it from all saved job alerts. This action cannot be undone.
- View matching jobs : Finally, by clicking on View matching jobs, you will be redirected to the jobs page and will see all published jobs that match the alert criteria.
