Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How are Verified vs. Unverified Skills determined?

A: For each of the extracted Skills, the AI model finds the relevant work experiences on a CV for a candidate and calculates how much experience it estimates a candidate has with a given Skill. Significant work experience leads to a Verified Skill. Minimal or no relevant work experience leads to an Unverified Skill.

Q: How are Strengths & Weaknesses identified by the AI?

A: ESCO skills are extracted from every candidate information and CV, and from the job description. These skills are then compared to assess which skills are covered by the candidate (strengths) and which aren’t (weaknesses), with special emphasis on high-priority skills. Education is taken into account for qualifications such as Master or Doctor, identified as a strength. Finally, this data is analyzed into a sentence and then presented to the interface.
