Prerequisites :
- Ines SmartRecruiters Package : Subscribed
- Assessfirst Package : Subscribed
- Assessfirst Recruiters role assigned in INES
- Have the hiring manager or Recruiter role in the SmartRecruiters job ad to view reports
1/ When you create your ad, at step 3 "Details", you can choose whether the Assessfirst assessment will be sent automatically or manually. Select "Assessfirst automatic send Assessment",
NB : If "Sending Assessment manually" is selected, you must submit the assessment manually from the candidate's profile (No assessment will be submitted automatically) > Please consult the FAQ here
2/ A new field appears in which you can select the predictive model that will be sent automatically to the candidate when they are in the NEW stage.
3/ In the candidate profile who has just applied and is in NEW status, the assessment will be sent automatically and you will see the model in the Assessments section.
