Login into My Heartist Portal as a Hiring Manager/Recruiter  >> Click on the "Recruitment (SmartRecruiters)" tab from ”My Recruiting”.

Click on "People"

Select the required candidate and click on the three dots >> Click on "Add to job"
 

Select the Requisition you want to add the candidate >> Click on "Add"
