As a user part of an entity who has SmartLite module activated, you can access the Talent Acquisition-SmartLite platform via the ”Recruitment (SmartLite)” section available under the ”My Recruiting” tab on the right panel of the My Heartist Portal.
You must not already have an Ines SmartRecruiters package activated for the hotel.
You need to access SmartLite only via INES and must therefore have an account registered and verified in Ines (Free SmartLite process),

Prerequisite:
- Your General Manager or INES administrator can identify you as a RecruiterLite in the Heartist Portal. Once done, a short delay is to be expected

If you cannot access to the Talent Acquisition-SmartLite Platform it can be for 4 different reasons:
1) The service has not been activated and set up for your organization.
2) You haven't been verified in INES.
3) You haven't been assigned for SmartLite a RecruiterLite role.
4) Your hotel has already subscribed to the INES SmartRecruiters version
Please contact your General Manager or INES Administrator. If all options are checked and there is still an issue, create a support request.
