The Preparation Period opens on 1 December and ends on 31 December of the same year.
The Preparation Period consists of 2 steps:
- Delegation of Perimeters
- Validation of Perimeters
1. Delegation of Perimeters:
In this step, the key user(referent) can delegate perimeter(s) to another person(delegate) of his/her team. A delegate collects, controls, and validates data.
Normally, a delegate is a person who is in charge of data upload of a particular hotel/brand/management mode, etc. during the Data Collection Period.
To know the detailed process of delegation, please refer to the FAQ: How to delegate a perimeter during the Preparation Period in HR Data? (add the link of the FAQ)
2. Validation of Perimeters:
In this step, the key user/delegate needs to validate each perimeter individually.
At the end of the Preparation Period, the status of all the perimeters should either be in Green (completely validated) or Orange (partially validated in case of exclusion of hotels).
If any perimeter is in Red status, it means that the perimeter was not validated during the Preparation Period and will therefore, by default be included in the Data Collection Period and the key user/delegate will have to provide the necessary data for those hotels as well.
