The HR Data platform is only available from December to February, therefore if the user tries to access it before 1 December, i.e., before the start of the Preparation Period then he/she will not be able to access or view anything on the platform.
As soon as the first period, i.e., the Preparation Period begins on 1 December, automatic mail is sent to all key users indicating that the HR Data platform is now accessible.
