During the Preparation Period, the Referent (key user) can delegate a few or all perimeters to his/her team member(s).
However, the Referent and the Delegate (the team member to whom the Referent wishes to delegate a perimeter) both must have an HR Data account.
If the team member does not have an HR Data account, then the Referent will not be able to search the team member’s name while trying to delegate a perimeter.
In such a case, please contact the Administrator to create an HR Data account for your team member(s) to whom you wish to delegate a perimeter.
