The Preparation Period starts on 1 December and ends on 31 December of the current year. During this period, the key user/delegate validates the hotels that fall into his/her scope of management.
If the key user/delegate fails to validate the hotels during the Preparation Period, then the status of the perimeter stays Red.
At the end of the Preparation Period, the system will automatically consider that all the hotels were accepted and therefore, the key user/delegate will have to provide the data for all the hotels mentioned in the perimeter.
