There are 3 periods based on the different processes carried out during each of these periods. 

*Important Note: 
Each period starts and ends on a specified date. This indicates that the HR Data platform periods will only be accessible during specific dates. 


1. Preparation Period: During this period, the key user/delegate validates the hotels that fall into his/her scope of management.
 This period starts on 1 December and ends on 31 December of the current year.

 

2. Data Collection Period: During this period, the key user/delegate collects and uploads data for the entire previous year, i.e., from 1 January to 31 December of the previous year. 
 This period starts on 1 January of the next year and ends on 22 January.

 

3. Validation Period: During this period, the Administrator will verify and validate the data shared by the key user/delegate. Only the Administrator will have access to this period.
 This period starts on 1 January of the next year and ends on 31 January.


For example:

For the entire data of the year 2023 (1 January to 31 December 2023):

  • Preparation Period starts on 1 December 2023 and ends on 31 December 2023. 
  • Data Collection Period starts on 1 January 2024 and ends on 22 January 2024. 
  • Validation Period will only be open for the Administrator from 1 January 2024 to 31 January 2024.
