At the beginning of the Preparation Period, i.e., on 1st December, the system sends an automatic email to all key users indicating that the Preparation Period is now open for them and hence, they can access the HR Data platform.
The email also contains a link to the HR Data platform: https://hrdata.ines-accor.com/.
The users can access HR Data by just clicking on the link mentioned in the email.
*Important Note:
The HR Data platform is open for a specified time only and the user needs to have an INES account to access this platform.
