NET HIRING SCORE :
The Net Hiring Score or NHS speaks to the relative productivity of each hire made. Similar to NPS, which speaks to how loyal and expressive an organization’s customers are, the NHS, which ranges from -100 to 100, tells you what percentage of your employees are great fits (i.e. high quality) for your organization.
A field will be added to the New Hire form that asks users to choose the Hiring manager recipient for the Net Hiring Score survey.
Automated emails will be sent to the new hire and the selected hiring manager asking:
- For hiring managers: On a scale of 0-10, is this candidate the right fit for the job?
- For candidates: On a scale of 0-10, is this job that you've accepted, the right fit for you?
This email are sent exactly 90 days after the applicant’s start date as defined on the application Confirm Hiring screen. Please note that new hires will receive the survey at the email that they used to apply, not their employee email address.

The language of the email is determined by the language setting of the user who have set the candidate to hired.
Hiring Managers will be sent automatic follow-up reminders if they have not responded. The first email reminder is sent 48 hours after the initial email, and the second email reminder is sent 48 before the timeframe for the response is up.
HIRING VELOCITY :
Hiring Velocity measures the percentage of jobs filled on time and helps to answer the question: “Are we able to hire the people we need when we need them?”
On the Hiring Success Dashboard (Analytics / Dashboards /Hiring Success), velocity is measured as the % of positions filled on time.
A filled position is one where an applicant has been marked as Hired against a position on a job.
Positions are considered to be filled on time if the actual start date for a candidate selected on the Hiring form is either before or within 7 days of the target start date defined on the position.
Depending on the different start and end dates entered on the dashboard, the percentage of positions filled on time changes according to the positions whose target start dates fall within the dates selected. Jobs whose target start date does not match the selection will not be included in the calculation.
Under the hiring speed measure, visibility on the number of hires made during this period, as well as a breakdown of open positions, positions filled on time and positions filled late.
The Net Hire Score responses have been visually updated, showing the breakdown of survey responses between new recruits and hiring managers.
This update does not change the data entered for the net hiring score:
In addition, the Net Hiring Score metric will also be enhanced with an additional visualization that shows the Net Hiring Score trend month to month:

The Net hiring score trend is displayed only if at least 2 complete months are selected in the date picker. If fewer than 2 complete months are included in the start and end date selection, users will see the following message:
