SHL assessment is used to assess candidates for Corporate and Executive positions.


You can find the following reports for Hotel and Corporate instances of SmartRecruiters:



Please note that Corporate Roles_OPQ Only and Corporate Roles_OPQNUMDED are only available for SmartRecruiters Corporate instance.

Please find the step-by-step below:


Login into My Heartist Portal as a Hiring Manager/Recruiter  >> Click on ”Recruitment (SmartRecruiters)” tab from ”My Recruiting”.

1. Recruiters navigate on the candidate profile and selects « Preferred » under Assessments:


Please do not click on Marketplace button to select SHL assessment.


2. Recruiters click on « Browse » and select the partner SHL via Joynd





3. Recruiters select the correct SHL assessment according to the job type and click on « Continue »




4. Recruiters click on « Send »




5. The SHL assessment selected is displayed under « Preferred »




6. Candidates receive automatically an email to complete SHL Assessment

7. After completion, recruiters can view the  overall score  result on their candidate profiles under « Preferred » and can click on the attachment to consult the report.




Please note that the activity section won’t show that SHL assessment has been sent.
