Recruiters and Hiring Managers can select a set of screening question according to the one decided by their T&C Regional Coordinator.
Please follow below step by steps to select a set of screening question (Manually & Automatically):
Login into My Heartist Portal as a Hiring Manager/Recruiter >> Click on the”Recruitment (SmartRecruiters)” tab from ”My Recruiting”.
1.1 Click on “+ button”
1.2 Click on “Create Job”
1.3 Fill in all the Job creation details as per business need and then click on “Next”.
1.4 Fill all the additional Job details as per business need and select “Screening Question” dropdown.
Here you have three options:
- Yes Manual
- No
- Sent Automatically
If you select “Yes Manual” then you must have to select “Set of Screening Questions” from the dropdown.

If you select “No” then candidate can not see any screening question when he/she applies to a job.
If you select “Sent Automatically” then recruiter/hiring manager dose not have an option to select the set of questionaries.
When candidate applies to a job, they can see questions that already configured by an admin only.
