Login into My Heartist Portal as a Hiring Manager/Recruiter >> Click on the "Recruitment (SmartRecruiters)" tab from ”My Recruiting”.
Click on + icon >> Click on Create Job >> Click on Use Template
Recruiter/Hiring Manager are able to pull up a side bar to access and search for the full list of job templates and recent jobs that they would like to copy from when creating new jobs. This can be done by clicking “Recent Jobs” tab.
Search & select the recent jobs.
