You can publish and republish a job to the free aggregators by following below steps:
1. Please follow the below step by steps to select free job boards aggregators while creating a new job:
Login into My Heartist Portal as a Hiring Manager/Recruiter >> Click on the”Recruitment (SmartRecruiters)” tab from ”My Recruiting”.
1.1 Click on the “+ button”
1.2 Click on “Create Job”
1.3 Fill in all the details for the “Create” & “Details” steps as per the business need.
1.4 On the “Hiring Team” steps, check the box for “Distribute to the major job aggregators” from the “ADD PUBLISHING PREFERENCES” section.
1.5 Click on “Edit List”
Select the Free Job Aggregators and click on “Save”.
2. Please follow the below step by steps to select free job boards aggregators for Existing jobs:
Login into My Heartist Portal as a Hiring Manager/Recruiter >> Click on the”Recruitment (SmartRecruiters)” tab from ”My Recruiting”.
2.1 Click on "Jobs"
2.2 "Search" your Jobs
2.3 Click on "Three dot line"
2.4 Click on "Edit Job"
2.5 On the “Hiring Team” steps, check the box for “Distribute to the major job aggregators” from the “ADD PUBLISHING PREFERENCES” section.
2.6 Click on “Edit List”
Select the Free Job Aggregators and click on “Save”.
