Why can’t I see the information from the candidate’s resume on his profile even if I parsed the cv?

As we have already told you, it is important to parse resumes so that you can search candidates in SmartRecruiters by keywords.

If you have well parsed the CV and the information do not appear on the candidate's profile, do not worry, it only means that the tool has not classified the information in the right categories. But you can still search the profile by keywords and it will well appear in your searches.
