Use the email address created by SmartRecruiters to have a chat history on SmartRecruiters candidate’s profile

When you start communicating with a candidate via “Emails” tab, it generates an email address of this kind : 5c656a9a6522050006c55ca9849bd2e7-2906-47c9-8b14-91a9474f891a@mail.smartrecruiters.com

This email is related to SmartRecruiters and your email. So when a candidate replies to this email with an attachment for instance, it automatically sends the attachments to the candidate’s profile on SmartRecruiters and in your mailbox.

So in case of the candidate forgets to write you through the SmartRecruiters address and connects with you via only your professional address, you can also forward the email to the SmartRecruiters address and the attachment will appear in the candidate profile as the chat history.
