If employees have interesting profiles that they simply want to submit to you but have not found jobs that match with them, the solution is to create a job published in internal that will appear in the Accor group career page.  

We advise to name it "Referrals + name of the operational entity". 


Be careful recruiters, if you move a referred candidate from this generalist ad to a currently published ad, the source will change by default, and you will have to think about putting the "referral" source back.
