Can we create a candidate without linking him/her to an offer?

You can but you mustn’t import or create a candidate without attaching him/her to an offer.

If you do this, you will be the only one to see him/her.

In the case another recruiter adds this candidate to SmartRecruiters, it will create a duplicate candidate profile.
