1.I’ve forgot my username
On the login page, select "Forgot username". Enter your email address to generate your username. You can modify it later.
2. I’ve forgotten my password
On the login page, select "Forgot password". Enter your username and email address. You will receive an email with a new password (remember to check your spam box). Note that the password must observe rules.
3. My candidate account is blocked:
The candidate account is automatically blocked after 3 consecutive errors in entering the username/password. The account is automatically unblocked after 10 minutes.
