Learning specialist roles can be assigned either by the GM or the INES administrator.
Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on your Hotel name under “My Admin Actions” >> “My HOTEL(S)/ORGANIZATION(S)”
Click on Manage Services under Learning & Development
Here you can select employee as a Learning Specialist.
